Nationwide: The Huffington Post is hosting its first ever Sleep Revolution College Tour this spring, visiting 50 campuses across the US to shine a light on the latest research about sleep deprivation and to raise awareness about the importance of sleep and the dangers of not getting enough.

The Huffington Post has partnered with major brands to host "sleep fairs" and slumber parties to "give students tangible tools and products to learn better sleep habits and make small but transformational changes in their lives," according to their recent announcement. Learn more about the tour here; find dates in your community here.
